How we use your pickup request details
This page explains how Take My Pallets uses information you share when you request commercial pallet pickup.
What you can submit
Your request can include contact details, pickup locations, pallet type and condition, volume, access needs, and timing. You can also choose whether Take My Pallets may share these details with a commercial partner's sales team.
How the details are used
We use your details to process your request and, after consent, manually forward it to a commercial partner's sales team. The partner may contact you to qualify the request and discuss possible pickup options. Submitting the form does not book a pickup or guarantee a response, service area, accepted material, quote, price, pickup, or timing. The partner must confirm the locations, materials, access, price, and schedule before work can be arranged.
Sharing
After you give recorded consent in the form, we manually forward the details needed to discuss a possible pickup to a commercial partner's sales team. The partner owns follow-up and qualification. We do not promise that the partner will accept the request or provide service.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, pickup-request links, form progress, validation errors, and successful submissions. Analytics uses cookies. For completed volume steps and successful submissions, we include pickup frequency, a pallet-count range, and what that range covers. We do not send exact counts, contact details, pickup locations, request numbers, or free-text notes in these events. We do not enable advertising personalization. You can change your choice with the analytics controls on this page. Declining does not prevent a pickup request.
