Who can request logistics pallet pickup?
Logistics and third-party logistics teams can submit recurring or one-time commercial pallet removal requests. Identify the shipper, receiver, or cross-dock role and the sites where pallets are ready for removal. Separate client instructions and confirm who can release each load. This inquiry concerns pickup review; it does not offer pallets for sale.

Separate the load and access details
For each site, state the estimated count, what that count covers, and the expected frequency. Add pallet materials, sizes, damage or contamination, and whether loads are separated. Describe dock equipment, staging space, appointment windows, and the person who can clarify access. These optional details help the provider assess the handoff.

Can a 3PL submit several client sites together?
Yes. Describe the site count and give each site its own volume basis, frequency, client instructions, and release contact in the optional details. One inquiry does not confirm that every location can receive service.
Are mixed or damaged pallets accepted?
Acceptance requires provider review. Describe the material split, damage, contamination, and any client-owned or returnable pallets. Confirm release authority and handling requirements before any collection is arranged.
Who sets the pickup price and volume rules?
The provider determines viable volume, price, possible charges, equipment needs, and schedule after reviewing the request. No universal minimum, collection without charges, or pallet purchase price is promised.
Does the confirmation book pickup for my clients?
No. Each client site requires provider review. Our team reviews your request and may refer it with your consent. The provider must confirm service availability, materials, price, and schedule for each site before you arrange pickup.
